Cancellation Policy
Studio 9400 requires 24 hours notice for the cancellation of your scheduled services. Clients canceling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the service reserved in order to continue to book future services at our salon.
As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 5 days, 3 days, and 48 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking.
Failing to respond to those messages or not confirming your appointment does not count as canceling your appointment. To avoid a cancellation fee, you must cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
